1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Gigi Roams Elite Travel & Document Logistics. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("Client," "User," or "you") and Gigi Roams Elite Travel & Document Logistics ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the gigiroams.com website as well as any related services, including but not limited to travel planning, itinerary curation, notary public services, e-Verify, and I-9 agent document logistics.

By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

• Travel Services: We act as an independent travel advisor and booking agent. We provide consultation, itinerary planning, and booking services for flights, accommodations, tours, and ground transportation.  Travel Pricing Disclaimer: Pricing is based on availability and is not guaranteed until ticketed. Initial quotes do not constitute a promise of purchase cost. 

• Document Logistics & Verification: We provide commissioned notary public services, authorized I-9 agent verifications, and e-Verify document handling in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

3. Fees, Payments, and Credit Card Authorization

• Service Fees: Gigi Roams Elite Travel & Document Logistics charges professional service and consultation fees for our time, expertise, and logistical management. All professional service and consultation fees paid directly to us are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether you ultimately take the trip or complete the transaction.

• Specific Contracts: Additional specific fees, vendor costs, and payment schedules will be outlined in individual travel or notary contracts entered into prior to the commencement of services.

• Credit Card Authorization: By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge your card for agreed-upon service fees and to act as your agent to authorize payments to third-party travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). You agree not to issue chargebacks or dispute legitimate charges for services rendered or third-party vendor payments explicitly authorized by you.
•  Travel Services: We act as an independent travel advisor and booking agent. 4. Cancellations and Refunds

While our professional service fees are non-refundable, cancellations and refunds for actual travel components (flights, hotels, excursions) are strictly subject to the specific terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the individual third-party suppliers. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen cancellations.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate legal names (exactly as they appear on government-issued IDs), dates of birth, and contact information for all travelers and document signers.

• Travel Documents: For travel services, you are solely responsible for ensuring you possess valid passports, visas, and any other required entry documents for your destination.

• Notary/I-9 Documents: For verification services, you must provide valid, unexpired, and legally acceptable forms of identification as dictated by state and federal regulations.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Gigi Roams Elite Travel & Document Logistics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason. We reserve the right to cancel contracts, terminate services, or suspend your access to our website if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, fail to provide legally required documentation, or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that continuing to provide services poses a risk to our business, staff, or vendor partners.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and images) and all custom travel itineraries, plans, and proposals created by Gigi Roams Elite Travel & Document Logistics are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our custom itineraries to book travel independently without our express written consent and compensation for our design services.

8. Assumption of Risk

Travel carries inherent risks, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, political instability, illnesses, pandemics, and physical injury. By booking travel through us, you acknowledge and assume these risks. Gigi Roams Elite Travel & Document Logistics is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during your travel.

9. Limitation of Liability

We utilize third-party suppliers to fulfill travel arrangements. Gigi Roams Elite Travel & Document Logistics is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, injuries, property damage, delays, or other damages arising from the actions or inactions of these third-party suppliers (including airlines, hotels, and tour operators). We are not responsible for any delays or failures resulting from Acts of God, weather, strikes, or governmental actions.

10. Severability

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Ellis County, Texas.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove contents of these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason at our sole discretion. Any changes will be updated with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
